While performing as part of the Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey Circus show in Rhode Island, 11 performers have been injured as a result of a structural failure which saw 8 of them fall to the ground from around 30 feet.

Rio 2014 is fast approaching but alas, there’ll be no Boys in Green in Brazil. There WERE, however, some Boys In Green at a World Cup this year. With Cuckoo Events as their main sponsor the All Ireland Men's Roller Derby Team went to the UK in February.
